Katie is a Veterinary Technician at the Wellesley Veterinary Clinic.
Growing up Katie always knew she wanted to get into a position where she could care for the animals that people call family. Katie graduated from the Veterinary Technician and Veterinary Assistant/Grooming Program at Northern College in 2012 and jumped right into a clinic out of school. After covering a leave at a clinic in Seaforth, Katie was introduced to a different aspect of the animal industry and began running a boarding kennel. In early August 2017, Katie joined the Wellesley Veterinary Clinic and she is looking forward to continuing to grow as a veterinary professional with a great group of people. Katie looks forward to being able to build relationships with all clients and their pets. Aside from caring for animals, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband Scott, Chihuahua Furbee, rescue Chihuahua LuLu and Pixie, her black cat. In her spare time you can find Katie and Scott at the race track with their race car, or in their garage constantly fixing or improving their race car.
